While our office observes standard business hours and holiday closures, emergency support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Regular office closures include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Information will only be shared with authorized parties or as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods and work with different funding sources as applicable.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Emergency situations may warrant immediate service modification or termination to ensure client safety.

Centered Support reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
